I didn’t really enjoy the casino atmosphere. It just had this weird empty vibe, especially for a weekend night when I expected it to feel more lively. Some areas had music blasting way too loud, while other spots were so quiet it felt awkward to even hang around.

The staff was fine overall, but when I needed help, I expected a faster response. Between that, the lack of energy, and the machines feeling tight, I didn’t feel like sticking around long. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else

I got there already exhausted, and then check-in took forever. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, but they didn’t seem very helpful either, and the line was barely moving. At one point I was just standing there thinking, how is this okay? Definitely not the best way to start the stay.

The garage was close, which was nice, but I’ll admit I was a bit unsure where to go at first. The signs weren’t super clear to me, so I had to slow down and double-check a little. Overall, it worked out okay...

Stayed here for the weekend and barely slept. The room itself was decent, so it’s not like the place was a total dump, but the noise was ridiculous. People were yelling in the hallway, doors were slamming all night, and the music from downstairs just kept going like nobody there had ever heard of basic courtesy. I get that it’s Vegas and some noise is expected, but this was next-level obnoxious. Maybe it’s fine if you’re there to act like a clown and party all night, but if you want any real rest, I’d look somewhere else.

I’m not usually one to complain, but wow, the housekeeping experience was frustrating. I expected the room to be properly cleaned, and instead it felt like someone rushed through it in five minutes and called it a day. There were little things everywhere that made it obvious nobody really checked properly. I get that people are busy, but come on, basic cleanliness shouldn’t feel like asking for a luxury upgrade.

The pool itself looked nice, but it was way too crowded and not very relaxing. Service took forever, and we had a hard time finding chairs anywhere. When we mentioned it to support, it felt like they were blaming us for not planning better instead of acknowledging the issue. Just wasn’t the chill pool day we were hoping for

Not gonna lie, the stay was alright overall, but the room definitely needed a little attention. The sink was draining slowly, and the AC made noise during the night, which was kind of annoying. The staff was friendly and helpful, I just wish the maintenance stuff had been taken care of a bit faster.

I was feeling mentally drained by the time I was done, but the comps were actually fair if you put in some play. Nothing over the top, but decent enough to notice...

I had a hard time trying to book with my screen reader. It just wasn’t accessible enough, and I couldn’t get through the process properly.

Stayed here over the weekend the room looked nice when I walked in. Clean enough, decent setup, no major complaints there. But wow, the bed was just not doing it for me. Had a good time at the bars overall. The vibe was easygoing and that one place had a nice energy, even if I can’t totally remember what it was called.

I stayed at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas for a couple nights, the bed was probably my favorite part of the whole stay. I know that sounds kind of simple, but after walking around Vegas all day, the bed really makes a difference. The mattress had that nice soft feeling when you first lie down, but it wasn’t so soft that you sink in and wake up with your back hurting. It still felt supportive, which I really appreciated. The pillows were good too, not too flat and not overly puffy, so I actually slept well both nights. My only small complaint is that the sheets felt a little warm for me, and I usually prefer cooler bedding when I sleep. But overall, I had a solid stay, and the comfort of the bed definitely stood out.
